Return and Warranty Policy
We want to make sure you love your jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 15 days of receiving it for exchange or store credit only.
Please note: All sale items and discounted pieces are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must be:
- In perfect, unused condition
- In their original packaging
How to Make a Return
Please email us at mintjewellerystore@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for your return
We’ll guide you through the return process. We also welcome your feedback! Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.
What Can’t Be Returned?
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings or pierced jewellery. We also cannot refund or exchange gift cards.
Entered the Wrong Shipping Address?
If you made a typo in your shipping details, email us immediately at mintjewellerystore@gmail.com.
We have a 10–12 hour window to try to update your address before your order is processed. While we’ll do our best, we can’t guarantee changes will be possible once your parcel is in transit.
If the address cannot be updated in time, you’ll be responsible for retrieving the parcel from the original address provided. Mint Jewellery is not liable for orders lost due to incorrect shipping details.
Are Returns Free?
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your items arrive safely.
Lost Returns
We use trusted couriers with tracking services, and we recommend doing the same when sending items back to us. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return process.
Faulty Jewellery?
We stand by the quality of every Mint piece! That’s why we offer a 3-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date your jewellery arrives.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects only
But it doesn’t cover:
- General wear and tear
- Lost or bent items
- Scratches or accidental damage
- Contact with hand sanitiser, soap, perfume, skin cream, or cleaning products
- Tarnishing or discolouration due to exposure, improper storage, or skin acidity
Tarnish isn’t a defect—it’s a natural part of silver ownership and depends on how the piece is worn and stored.
✨ Care Tip: Keep your jewellery in a soft-lined jewellery box (not the shipping box!) and gently polish with the free silver cloth included in every order.
If your piece has a genuine fault, we’ll happily review it and offer a replacement if it meets the warranty criteria.
Important Note
We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping. Always keep your shipping receipt and tracking number as proof.
